It probably will say "Image." So you could either use Inkscape's Path menu > Trace Bitmap, or use the Pen/Bezier tool and trace it by hand. So you'll still need to either auto-trace or trace by hand, before you can send it to your cutting machine.Īll I could say is just try it. So while that might be a dedicated vector format for the Brother embroidery machine, it probably will not be vector, when you import into Inkscape (assuming it imports at all). Is that a vector format? Ok, I looked it up. It's possible to import a lot of different formats into Inkscape.
